Orange Julius (Low Fat and Low Calorie)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup splenda granular
  • 1 1/2 cups ice

Directions:

  1. Combine everything but ice in blender and blend to mix up.
  2. Add crushed ice and blend
  3. Freeze if too runny and blend again.
