Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Lightly brown the bread in the butter.
  3. Stir apples, sugar, and raisins into pan, reduce heat to medium-low, cover.
  4. Cook until a light crust forms on the underside, about 10 minutes.
  5. Flip the roesti onto a serving plate, cut into wedges.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before serving.
