Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups confectioners' sugar, divided
  • 1 cup ground almonds or 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325. In large bowl combine butter and 1/3 cup sugar.
  2. Add nuts and vanilla and beat in flour.
  3. Roll into balls (2 teaspoons of dough) and place 1 apart.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. While still warm, roll in remaining confectioners' sugar.
