Ingredients:

  • 100 ml apple liqueur or 100 ml plum liqueur
  • 50 ml sugar
  • 10 cloves
  • 3 -5 cm fresh ginger (1-2 inches)
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle white wine

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently (do not boil!).
  2. Sieve and serve hot.
