Ingredients:

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (6 oz) jar of folgers instant coffee crystals (i recommend using decaf for those who can'tsp tolerate caffeine)
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 gallon milk
  • 2 (2 liter) bottles chilled ginger ale

Directions:

  1. Boil 4 cups sugar, 2 cups water & coffee crystals till syrupy (about 6 minutes). THEN COOL.
  2. Pour into jar and chill.
  3. In punch bowl, put 1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream, and 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream. Break into chunks.
  4. Add milk, 1 cup coffee syrup, blend a little.
  5. Add gingerale.
  6. Add more coffee syrup to make it a stronger taste if desiered.
  7. Swirl chocolate syrup through punch.
