Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp clove
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 9 inch pie shell

Directions:

  1. Cook apples slightly and sprinkle with sugar.
  2. Heat oven to 400°.
  3. Mix apples, 1/2 c.
  4. Sugar, 2 tbs.
  5. Flour and spices.
  6. Spoon into shell, sprinkle lemon juice over apples.
  7. Mix 1/2 c.
  8. Sugar with 1/2 c.
  9. Flour; cut in butter until crumbly.
  10. Add nuts.
  11. Sprinkle over apples.
  12. Bake in 9 unbaked pie shell for 55 min.
