Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp beurre
  • 1/4 cup cacao
  • 1/2 cup cacao
  • 1/2 cup crisco
  • 1 1/2 cup farine
  • glacage
  • 2 tbsp graisse
  • 1 cup lait
  • 6 tbsp lait
  • 2 tsp poudre a pate
  • 1 tsp sel
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 1 cup sucre
  • 2 cup sucre a glacer
  • 1/2 tsp vanille

Directions:

  1. Tamiser ensemble farine, poudre a pate, soda,sel et cacao. Mettre de cote
  2. Mettre en creme crisco
  3. Ajouter sucre, oeufs, vanille. Bien melanger
  4. Ajouter le lait en alternant avec les ingredients secs
  5. Laisser tomber par petites cuillerees sr une tole beurree.
  6. Cuire 12 a 14 minutes a 375F
  7. Quand ils sont froids les mettre en sandwich avec un glacage vanille ou chocolat ou encore le glacage suivant.
  8. Amener au point d'ebulition le lait, beurre et graisse. Verser ce melange sur sucre a glacer tamiser avec 1/4 tasse de cacao
  9. Battre jusqu'a ce ue le tout soit lisse.
  10. Laisser au bain-marie pendant le glacage.
