Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. For this cake I used a 9x13 pan
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  3. Grease & flour cake pan.
  4. Mix cake ingredients well.
  5. Pour batter into cake pan.
  6. Drop pan with batter onto the counter to remove any air bubbles
  7. Place in middle of oven and bake for approx. 30 - 45 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile. mix cream cheese, butter and lime juice.
  9. Blend in powdered sugar until creamy
  10. Cake is done when it pulls away from pan and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  11. Let cake cool and frost with yummy frosting.
