Honey Glaze For Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick of margarine
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 4 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Melt margarine in a small sauce pan
  2. Add honey, brown sugar, onion powder, and salt. Whisk over low heat until sugar melts completely
  3. Dissolve corn starch in water and add to mixture
  4. Continue to whisk over low heat until desired thickness
  5. Pour over prepared carrots and serve.
