Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 375 degees.
  2. Chop and saute onions and green pepper.
  3. Brown ground beef.
  4. Mix all ingredients except parmesan cheese.
  5. Spread evenly in baking dish.
  6. Bake covered for 40 minutes.
  7. Uncover and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
  9. Serve.
