Ingredients:

  • 3 avacados -peeled,pitted, and mashed
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 3 tbsp of fresh or freeze dried cilantro
  • 2 small tomatoes (plum)
  • 1 tsp of minced garlic

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl or food processor, mash together the avacados,lime juice, and salt.
  2. Dice onion, tomatoes, and cilantro. I chop mine in the food processor.
  3. Add in the garlic and cayenne.
  4. Refrigetrate for 1 hour, or serve immediatley
