Farmgirl's Easy Cut Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix butter and sugar.
  2. Add egg white and vanilla.
  3. Mix dry ingredrients, add to wet.
  4. Wrap in plastic and chill for 30 minutes or more.
  5. Preheat oven 350.
  6. Sprinkle flour on board and rolling pen.
  7. Roll out dough and cut with shapes.
  8. Cook on greased sheets for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Cool on cookie sheet.
  10. Decorate as desired.
