  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition, just until blended. Blend in melted chocolate and liqueur of choice. Pour evenly into the pie crusts Bake for 35 minutes. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. You can serve as is or covered with fresh strawberries ( halved or whole),, blueberries or raspberries and glazed with seedless preserve .
