Dad's Awesome Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cup flour sifted
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, add butter, sugar, milk, eggs & vanilla- mix well
  2. Sift flour over wet ingredients, add baking soda and baking powder, stir to combine
  3. Add mashed banana and stir to combine
  4. Grease and flour a loaf pan
  5. Bake at 375 degrees - this is a thick loaf it takes a full hour to bake it
