Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C .Lightly grease the baking sheet .
  2. In a saucepan, combine water,sugar and butter. Bring to full boil on medium-high heat.
  3. When butter Is melted ,add in flour all at once.Stir well until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and forms a ball of dough.
  4. Leave to cool for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Beat an egg in a separate bowl ,add to the dough. Mix well to incorporate.
  6. Repeat with second egg until the mixture is smooth.
  7. Drop or pipe 1-2 inches apart onto baking sheet.
  8. Bake puffs in oven for 20-25 minutes until the puffs are golden brown.
  9. When puffs are done , remove tray from oven and immediately use the tip of a sharp knife to prick each puff on the side to release steam and prevent them from getting soggy.
  10. Turn off the oven and return the puffs to the oven rack for 10 minutes to dry out, leaving the oven door slightly ajar.
  11. In a large bowl, place the whipping cream, vanilla, and sugar and stir to combine. Then whip the mixture until soft peaks form.
  12. When the cream puffs have cooled completely,cut the tops and fill with whipped cream.
  13. Cover with top of puff ,dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate,if you like.
  14. Serve and enjoy.
