Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup cake flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine fklours, baking soda and salt.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add cream, butter and canilla.
  4. Stir in flour mixture.
  5. Scoop tbsp on a cookie sheet and Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes until set.
  6. Transfer to rack and decorate as desired.
