Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tsp grated orange zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix sugars, butter and oil well.
  2. Add egg, orange rind and vanilla.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt.
  5. Add craisins.
  6. Drop on cookie sheet and bake at 350é for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Watch so they don't get dark.
