Ingredients:

  1. Soak the gelatin in 1/2 cup apricot juice for 10 minutes.
  2. In a heavy saucepan, pour in remaining apricot juice and sugar and bring to a boil. Add gelatin mixture and boil for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Allow to cool 20 minutes. Then add vanilla, rose water and nuts. Stir well. Pour into a greased 11x7 pan. Cover and let set 48 hours before cutting into squares and rolling in powdered sugar.
