Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups bisquick

Directions:

  1. Mix together egg, sugar and butter.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Drop by spoonful on greased and floured cookie sheet.
  4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 325 degrees.
