Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In bowl, by hand, cream sugar, butter, flour (cinnamon if using)
  2. Roll piecrust or dough very thin (can use refrigerated pie crusts)
  3. Spread with sugar mixture
  4. Roll up like a jelly roll
  5. Cut in 1/4 inch slices
  6. Place on cookie sheets or pans (greased if using bisuit dough)
  7. Bake at 375 degrees until brown, about 10 minutes
