Ingredients:

  • 1 medium grapefruit
  • 2 tsp honey
  • pinch of brown sugar (optional)

Directions:

  1. 1. Cut the grapefruit in half and then cut around each section to loosen the fruit and place cut side up in a baking pan
  2. 2. Drizzle each half with a teaspoon honey and sprinkle with cinnamon broil 4 in from heat for 2-3 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm
