Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Stir in amaretto and almond extract.
  3. Chill for 2 hours.
  4. Shape into 3/4 balls and roll in nuts.
  5. Chill until firm.
  6. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
  7. Flavor will improve after 24 hours.
  8. You can adjust the amount of amaretto to your taste, depending on how strong you want the taste.
