Buttermilk  Conjealed Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple , with juice
  • 1 (6 oz) package apricot or peach flavored gelatin mix ( may be sugar feee )
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions:

  2. Place the pineapple in a medium saucepan, and bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in the gelatin mix until completely dissolved.
  4. Remove to a bowl, and chill until partially set, about 1 hour.
  5. Stir in buttermilk, and chill again until thickened.
  6. Fold in whipped topping, and refrigerate until firm, at least 4 hours.
