Buttermilk Conjealed Salad |

Many versions of this sweet dessert salad ( Jell-O) based ) are all over the Net. I like this because its a bit different than the strawberry version ! Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, with juice |
1 (6 ounce) package apricot or peach flavored gelatin mix ( may be sugar feee ) |
2 cups buttermilk |
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed |
Directions:
1. Directions 2. Place the pineapple in a medium saucepan, and bring to a boil. 3. Stir in the gelatin mix until completely dissolved. 4. Remove to a bowl, and chill until partially set, about 1 hour. 5. Stir in buttermilk, and chill again until thickened. 6. Fold in whipped topping, and refrigerate until firm, at least 4 hours. |
