Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat brown sugar and butter in large bowl till blended.
  2. Stir in vanilla and eggs - add flour, baking soda and pecans. mix well.
  3. Shape into 1 balls.
  4. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 apart.
  5. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
  6. Bake at 375* for 8-10 minutes or till edges are golden brown.
  7. Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute, then remove to wire racks to cool completely - .
