  1. In a clean 14oz glass tumbler half fill with ice our over vodka salt pepper lemon slice and tomato juice,.
  2. If using tumbler put the larger half of the cocktail shaker on the top of the glass tumblerhold tight and shake until their is condenstaion on outside of the cocktail shaker.
  3. Tap cocktail shaker and glass GENTLY againt work surface thus releasing glass and shaker.
  4. Tip contents into back into tumbler. float 1/2 shot of sherry top of drink by aiming for a floating ice cube and slowly pouring onto it.
  5. Garnish with celery stick and lime wedge sat in the glass.
