Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Place blackberries in a lightly greased 8 inch pan, sprinkle with lemon juice. Stir together egg, sugar and flour until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle over fruit. Drizzle butter over topping. Bake for 35 minutes or until lightly brown and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes.
