  1. Beat butter, sugar, pudding and egg.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, ginger and cinnamon.
  4. Roll out and cut with cookie cutter.
  5. Bake 350* for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Makes 4-5 doxen depending on the size of cookies.
