Banana Chocolate Chip Fruit Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until creamy
  2. Beat in eggs well
  3. Beat in mashed bananas well
  4. Combine flour, baking soda and salt
  5. Beat into banana mixture
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips, nuts, oranges and cherries
  7. Blend well
  8. Divide into 2, 8 x 4 inch loaf pans
  9. Bake 350F about 1 hr or tested done.
  10. Note: I used 9x 5 disposable and lined loaf pans I got online, otherwise the loaves would have been higher in smaller loaf pans
