Baked Brie With Mushrooms And Almonds

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat
  3. Mix in garlic and almonds, heating until almonds are lightly browned
  4. Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5 minutes
  5. Cover with brandy and sprinkle with tarragon
  6. Place Brie in a small baking dish
  7. Pour the mushroom and brandy mixture over the Brie
  8. Bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes, or until bubbly
  9. This is nice served with baguette slice
