Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup celery (optional)
  • 1/2 cup carrot (optional)
  • ham ( optional) or bacon (optional)

Directions:

  1. Tip: When shopping for pinto beans if not in bulk,always check the color!
  2. Very important! they should be pinkish or tan, the lighter the better!
  3. Wash and wash.

  5. Use black coffee in place of adding water at least 2 times.
