Ingredients:

  1. Melt bacon grease in med saucepan with tight fitting lid.
  2. Fry rice in grease until it turns orange in color stir frequently, don't burn it.
  3. Stir in all other ingredients, be careful, it might splatter, and bring to boil
  4. Lower heat to simmer and cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. After time is up, turn off heat, and leave it covered until serving
  6. Stir up with fork before serving with Tacos, Fajitas, flautas, Burritos or any Spanish/Mexican entree!!
