Apricot Nut And White Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup (1 and 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups (12 oz) white chocolate morsels

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Beat butter, brown sugar, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl until creamy.
  3. Beat in egg.
  4. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  5. Stir in walnuts, morsels and apricots.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let stand for 2 minutes.
  9. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
