Yummy Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 oz) box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
  • 1/2-3/4 cup water
  • white frosting (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Put cake mix in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup water with pumpkin puree.
  4. Slowly stir in pumpkin mixture to cake mix. Add more water if batter is too thick. (HINT It should be thicker than normal cake batter).
  5. Line muffin cups and fill 3/4 with batter.
  6. Bake according to cake box directions.
  7. Top with optional frosting when cool.
