Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup shortening

Directions:

  1. Combine milk and flour in saucepan; mix well.
  2. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
  3. Cool.
  4. Cream remaining ingredients in bowl till light and fluffy.
  5. Add milk mixture. Beat until fluffy.
  6. Frost cooled cake.
  7. Enough frosting for 2 layers.
