Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place berries, cream of coconut, rum, and lime juice in a blender or food processor, and blend well.
  2. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  3. Divide mixture among 6 tulip glasses.
  4. Fill glasses with sparkling wine.
  5. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery-this is a strong drink!
