Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream the margarine, cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add beaten eggs, vanilla, and zest.
  3. Beat in well.
  4. Combine in the flour and the salt.
  5. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
  6. Drop onto parchment lined or greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake 350 degrees for 11 to 12 minutes.
  8. Bottom should be browned only.
  9. Store after completely cooled in an airtight container.
  10. May also dredge into icing powder and then store if desired.
