Sweet Potatoes Chuckers

Ingredients:

  • 1 tps crushed garlic or 2 cloves squashed
  • 1/4 tps parsely
  • 1 tps seasoning salt
  • 3 tbsp of oraginc or any oil you have kicking around the house
  • if you dont have or know what seasoning salt is use pinch of salt pinch of pepper, 2 pinches of paperkia, pinch cumin, pinch of onion powder pinch of celery salt

Directions:

  1. Chop sweet potaotes in to different chunks
  2. I usually slice the biggest down the middle and then chop away
  3. In a large bowl mix garlic and oil and seasoning salt **MAKE SURE YOUR BOWL IS BIG ENOUGH TO FIT ALL THE SWEET POTATOE CHUNKS- IF NOT IT WILL GET MESSY AND PREP TIME WILL GO UP FOR CLEANING**
  4. Toss you chunks into the bowl and gently fold all chunks intot he oil
  5. Take eash chunk out and lay then on a non stick baking sheet or a stone pan
  6. Pre heat over to 350
  7. Bake for 20 min or untill they are all softenend
  8. **Do not dump boil of chunks on to pan, this will leave you with excess oil**
