Directions:

  1. /2 c peaches, chunked
  2. /4 c. chopped green onion
  3. TB grated ginger
  4. TB chopped cilantro
  5. Small jalapeno pepper
  6. TB chopped red bell pepper
  7. /2 TB rice wine vinegar
  8. Salt & pepper to taste
  9. Blend and refrigerate before serving
