king arthur unbleached all-purpose flour, beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes, canola oil, condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted, condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted, condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted, milk, onion soup mix, hot cooked noodles or mashed potatoes

white flour, wholemeal flour, baking powder, bi-carb soda, salt, butter, sugar (i use half brown and half raw ), golden syrup, stewed plums (or apple sauce or a mashed ripe banana, whatever fruit you have, really), egg, vanilla, rolled oats, fine oatmeal, more) nuts to suit, i did hazelnuts with the plums, chopped, dried fruit (your choice , raisins dates, sultanas) - optional, spice to suit (i used cinnamon for my plum cookies)
