boneless skinless chicken breasts, cajun spices (i use tony s creole seasoning or zataran s), cilantro, chopped, green onion, diced, tomatoes, diced (i used 15 oz can petite diced tomatoes, drained), garlic cloves, crushed, heavy cream, roasted red peppers, salted butter, penne pasta, snow peas, parmesan cheese, shredded (we just sprinkle on top, like spaghetti)
