6 slow pot roast vegetable soup Recipes

beef roast, potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes, baby carrots, onion, quartered and pulled apart, beef broth, dry vegetable soup mix (i use knorr)

beef roast or 3 -4 lbs cross-rib roasts or 3 -4 lbs rump roast, about, vegetable oil, onions, thinly sliced, stalks celery, thinly sliced, carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes, garlic cloves, minced, dry mustard, dried thyme leaves, salt, cracked black peppercorns, flour, condensed tomato soup, condensed beef broth (undiluted ), worcestershire sauce, brown sugar (optional), balsamic vinegar (optional) or 2 tbsp red wine vinegar (optional)

pot roast, lipton onion soup mix (1 box has two packets), condensed cream of mushroom soup, italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained, assorted fresh vegetables , such as quartered potatoes, carrots, celery and onions (slice onion into rings if you wish. i like it better that way myself.)

dried white beans (i use mayocaba or peruvian white beans), onion, large, chopped, anaheim chili, roughly chopped (canned or fresh roasted, peeled and seeded), chicken breast halves (frozen is fine , just throw them in the pot) or 4 chicken thighs (frozen is fine, just throw them in the pot), chicken stock (low sodium ), vegetable stock (low sodium ), bell peppers, chopped (frozen, mixed red, yellow and green peppers), dried oregano, garlic powder, dried red pepper flakes, ground cumin, chopped tomato, salt
