4 roasted cauliflower beet Recipes

beets,peeled ,cut into 1-1-1/2 pieces, head of cauliflower,cut into florets, brussel sprouts,cut in half, tb olive oil, salt ,pepper and thyme to taste(or any herb you would like(rosemary,sage)

olive oil, red onion, diced, garlic cloves (i used a mix of fresh and roasted), purple potatoes , scrubbed and rough chopped, head purple cauliflower , rough chopped saving a couple floweretes for garnish, vegetable broth, pink peppercorns , smashed, dried red pepper flakes , generous pinch, fresh cracked pepper, salt, cream cheese with garlic and herbs (kraft philadelphia cooking creme italian cheese and herbs), red beets (for vibrant color and nutrients)
