5 muffin lunch Recipes

dinner roll , muffin ( baked in muffin tin, i bought them in our grocery store s bakery), mayonnaise or mustard, deli turkey (your child s favorite) or 1 -2 slice deli chicken (your child s favorite) or 1 -2 slice deli ham (your child s favorite), cheese (your child s favorite)

shredded zucchini (w/ or w/o skin), ripe bananas, brown sugar, egg, baking soda, baking powder, all-purpose flour, quick-cooking oatmeal, melted butter, salt (optional)

whole wheat flour, barley flour (or use 1 cup white and 1 cup whole wheat flour in place of spelt and barley if you prefer), cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, ripe bananas, peeled, blackstrap molasses, apple juice , plus more as needed, apple cider vinegar, zucchini, finely grated (about 1 1/2 cups), chopped or ground walnuts, currants or raisins (optional, they add a touch of sweetness)
