sandwich bread (white or wheat, lrg size & not thin-sliced, cut or torn in roughly 3/4 in pieces), eggs, cream cheese (softened ), ham (diced , deli-type package is fine & a larger or smaller amt is fine as well), mayonnaise, mushrooms (stems & pieces, chopped, drained & liquid reserved), asparagus (cut spears, drained & liquid reserved), cheddar cheese (finely shredded )

salmon fillets, fresh parsley (chopped ), olive oil, lemon (juice of), lemon pepper, old bay seasoning (optional, but i favor its use ), stilton cheese (crumbled & at room temp , blue may also be used), white wine, middle cream

eggs (hard-boiled ), shrimp (9 oz can or may use frozen baby ), crushed pineapple (well-drained ), mayonnaise, cream cheese (softened ), paprika, lemon juice, tabasco sauce, salt and pepper (to taste), chives (freshly-snipped )
