chicken livers, beef liver, onion, quartered, hard-boiled eggs, crispy fried chicken skin and fat (gribenes), rendered chicken fat (schmaltz)

lambs liver, thinly sliced, trimmed and washed with water, onions, finely sliced, garlic cloves, finely sliced, beef , stockpot cube, mustard seeds, smoked paprika, ground black pepper, salt (about 1/2tsp was enough for me), mug flour, balsamic vinegar, water, spring onions or chives (to garnish), olive oil (for frying )
