4 easy good chocolate topping Recipes

butter, for greasing, good white chocolate, eggs, superfine sugar (dissolves faster than regular sugar), all-purpose flour, truffle topping, heavy cream, good white chocolate, broken into pieces, generous 1 cup mascarpone cheese, good milk chocolate, grated with a vegetable peeler to make a nice pile of curls (hint: have it at room temperature for easy curling), unsweetened cocoa , for dusting

brown sugar , packed, butter (no subs please!), whipping cream (unwhipped), semi-sweet chocolate chips, chopped pecans (can use walnuts also)

boxed chocolate cake mix , pudding in the mix is nice but not required, ingredients to prepare cake per package directions, sweetened condensed milk, tub non dairy whipped topping (cool whip), broken up candy bar of your choice, or mini m&ms, etc. generally need 1 1/2 - 2 standard sized bars. we are especially fond of krackle bars for this cake but run with your personal fav.
