5 cream soup ick Recipes

onion, mushrooms (i prefer baby bellas and lots more of them), water, fat-free cream of mushroom soup, fat free chicken broth, quick-cooking long grain and wild rice mix (i use uncle bens)

turkey or chicken meat, boneless, skinless and cut into bite size pieces or shredded (raw is fine, but left over can be used, too... you will just add it at a different time), chicken or veggie stock, water, smoked bacon cut into pieces, onion, diced, diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, avocados, cream, dijon mustard, juice from 1 lemon, dried dill, cumin , paprika, black pepper, ground celery or any other of your favorite poultry seasonings(if your meat is already seasoned, you can skip or reduce these...just use your judgment), fresh baby spinach(roughly chopped , if desired), shredded swiss or similar cheese(i used fontina so good!), optional, garlic dill croutons, sourdough baguette, sliced in 1/2 inch slices, butter (i know, but you are making a lb of croutons, so, it s okay ;), dried dill, garlic, minced or 1tsp fresh garlic powder, kosher or sea salt and fresh ground black pepper

chicken breasts (do not chop), water, low sodium chicken broth, onions, carrots, celery ribs, red peppers (substitute 1 yellow or orange if you like a sweeter soup), zucchini, heads cauliflower (add 40 minutes into cooking), ground cumin, bay leaves, garlic, minced, green beans, diced, spinach, chopped, red pepper, diced, head small cauliflower, diced, parsley flakes

veg-all, drained, water chestnuts , coarsly chopped, green chilies (chopped ), cream of celery soup, cheez whiz, carton sour cream, sharp cheddar cheese, grated, onion powder (to your taste ), celery salt (to your taste ), salt and pepper (to taste), ritz crackers (i use the wheat ones), butter, melted
