pork loin, cut into 1/2 inch cubes, oil, carrot, thinly sliced, diced celery, cubed peeled potato, dry onion soup mix, sugar, salt, pepper, water, beef bouillon cubes, whole tomatoes, cut up, oregano leaves, crushed, sliced frozen okra (optional), hot pepper sauce

beef short ribs, fresh corn, frozen bag of veggies, tomato paste, hot sauce ( if f amily likes hot taste otherwise not necessary), salt and red pepper to taste, frozen okra sliced in pieces or diceed cabbage, ijust mdeit with cabbage and corn bread ( jiffy)

qt skillett, mag-na-lite soup pot, olive oil, i bag of frozen okra or 1 lb of fresh..., cook as directed, diced tomatoes, onion chopped /chop 1 set aside for okra then , other 1 for meat, seasoning of your choice like salt ,pepper.., beef short ribs / or soup meat of your choice, qts water
