green prawns, peeled , tail intact, deveined, all purpose flour, eggs , beat lightly, shredded coconut, bamboo skewers, soaked for 25 minutes, dipping sauce, sweet chilli sauce, lime juice (or lemon), chopped coriander, line 2 baking trays with baking paper. preheat oven 350 f. (180 cup), thread each prawn lengthways onto skewers. dust prawns in flour , shaking off excess. dip into egg, then coat in coconut., place on prepared trays. bake 15 - 20 minutes or until cooked., dipping sauce : in a small jug, combine all ingredients and mix well. serve with prawns. enjoy.
